Ok, frames are evil, but if you must use them, then at least make them so that they are fixed. And I'd also drop the table border in the bottom section. You really should spend a little more time on the logo - its just text at the minute. Drop in an image. And if you say "But I dont want too many images!" then get rid of… -

No need to log out, as far as I know. If you log in on the forum, but it says you're logged in as someone else on the new pages, then that's what happens with everyone atm, and it's a bug with how the site reads the database of usernames, afaik. When logged in as Administrator, NDO/DDO run normally - when logged in as a normal user, neither seem to run - selected run as administrator in admin mode; logged in as a normal user; setting does not transfer; neither NDO or DDO run - if set run as administrator in user mode, requires admin password both to set and to run
