I don't know if it makes sense to crit a game really. But you have this really neat 2D Art-Deco kind of style going on, but it doesn't come across too well in the screenshots. Like I can totally imagine the sunrays background from the main poster, also being in the background with the giant robot in that first pink… -

Sports or games... If you spend almost all your time in front of your screens in the same room too, changing that room's layout can do wonders every once in a while, or even just putting up some new posters/wall scrolls or lights. Oh, and ROBOT UNICORN ATTACK. Rumors say it always succeeds to provide harmony. -

Thats no robot thats a space marine. Some ideas, an chapter insignia on some of the knees and shoulder pads. The mouth piece pulled forward/extended. The shins lower legs and feet shrunk a bit. Re: Rigging character for facial expressions.
What software are you using? Daz? Generally, you do have to model each face shape. In Softimage, however, you could try using Face Robot to automate the process, though it takes some practice and tweaking to get it looking okay. You could also transfer face shapes using Softimage's GATOR, as far as I know.
