thanks! :D I mainly used the Clay brush - love it. building up forms/ chipping edges and stuff then go in and trim it with trimDynamic, flatten stuff out.the grain is just the standard brush with Zsub. -

@bugo can you explain more about number 2 ? if you using trim how you manage the corners? the texture got distortion, what the way to manage for a good carpet UV corners? -

The buildings and units looks great, but I feel like the actual board and trim could use a lot more details and loving. The SC2 UI for terran would be a great place to draw inspiration from. -

See Kurtis this is why i only get dull swords. I do tend to keep my cooking knives that sharp and thusly have trimmed a bit of my skin off on many occasions. -

This is maybe 4 hours real work from a super simple basemesh made via Silo. I'm trying to trim my time down and bring my quality up as much as possible on these heads. -

In maya it looks fine. In Marmoset it looks pretty good too unless i really really skew the light angle. Here's another issue, probably rooted in the same thing.
