Sorry to hear that. I once set my dogs leg, after she was run over. I considered her coming back to life ( and her limb 100% healed) as miracles. Only to have some asshole kill her now. You have some good work in there but I think you're holding onto some weak pieces that might hold you back. Always flush out your older, less attractive pieces with newer ones.
