Are you using MatIDs and hiding MatIDs for the vertices? Are you in sub-object mode in the edit poly before applying the UVW unwrap? Is the vertex always in the 0,0 position? This was a bug in Max 9 and lower, where when you auto-unwrap it would sometimes jam the W value of the 0,0 vertex to near-infinity.
rigging, skinning & re-targeting motion capture on COD MW2 Ghost in Blender 3D is a great experience. The 3D model by Infinity Ward is easy to work with, it is a very well thought out low poly design that is optimized for such work & game engines.…
So, I'm sure many of you have already seen this info, but I was not able to see even one thread dedicated to the topic....and I'm pretty sure this is big enough news to talk about ;) http://www.engadget.com/2010/12/15/unreal-engine-3-dev-kit-adding-ios-support-tomorrow-infinity-bl/ Woooohoooo!!
yep I'll say! looks like they got bagged on the cheap indeed as an aside especially back in 2010, ac were or still are a bunch of toxic fucks, i mean labeling two of the three Infinity Ward co-founders "conniving schemers" during a counter suit which would eventually lead too their dismissal - hadn't forgotten that one in…
It doesn't help that cubemaps simulate objects as if they were at infinity. You can't really do much outside of using reflections of simulated clouds which is just a waste of time for something like this, easiest I figure would be to use a higher frequency cubemap *shrug*, maybe someone else will come up with something…
I have been searching for a job for 3 months now and after getting a lot of rejections I decided to send open applications to companies. This way I got myself a job at INFINITY WARD Cracow. Never expected that my first real job will be in AAA  . I applied with this portfolio: https://zio.artstation.com/
Thanks Shadownami! I really liked what UDK can do especially in their clip here http://www.unrealengine.com/mobile/ However, the lack of Android support (or rather, the very high price for Android publishing) is really keeping me away. Graphic wise, would Unity be able to create something on par with Infinity Blade?
assuming this is for a game engine. You can offset an entire animation curve in which case you should set the curve to loop pre and post infinity (beyond first and last frame). offset the curve but don't adjust the playback range. When you export keys will be baked for the playback range and keys outside will not be…
Haha thanks infinity will probably get round to finishing it as it needs a lot more work but for now I'll be working on other stuff. This is my first anatomy study ever so I'm not expecting greatness but critiques would be great! :) Probably wont post for a while and just study on my own don't want to be flooding this…
