Toolbag uses mip-mapping in the viewport. For rendered images, mip-map biasing is applied depending on large the image is and the sample count. For high sample counts mip-mapping is effectively disabled. So it depends if this is a viewport screenshot or a rendered image. -

Nice work! The animation has lots of gesture and recoil exaggeration. I'm biased against it if not necessary (in my opinion it makes it very cartoony no matter how much realism is added) but I think it's probably what you wanted in the animation. -

Well done man. Nice even edge width. Little tight, But i'm a majorly biased advocate of fat edges :P And it never (rarely?) hurts to start with plenty of geometry! It's good mentality to have going into the more complex object :) -

Negra Modelo is the only Mexican beer that I even find remotely drinkable. But I am terribly biased against light lagers, which eliminates most Mexican, Asian, and central European beers from my preferred list. -

The render quality isn't due to the laptop performance if it's rendered in unbiased (bucket) way. In this case, If the laptop performance isn't enough, it will simply not render at all. Only if it gets rendered in biased or progressive way that the performance may interfere. What software are u using as a renderer? -

Maybe i'm biased because i loved the comics. But the Guardians of the Galaxy comics read very differently to other marvel comics too. They're quite slapstick humour in a lot of places, and i think they're trying to carry that same attitude over to the movie. -

Again, it's all a biased poll, since as I said, older people or more professional people (school teachers, oil rig workers, bank accountants, etc) aren't exactly going to be sitting on their arse all day long and voting on some digital poll. -

That udk vs crysis comparison is not a very good one, daylight vs night time, characters vs landscape. Im not biased either way, but I think its very hard to do a comparison when you dont have the same scene setup.
