Just noticed that Dell have cut their prices on the Logitech MX Revolution. http://accessories.euro.dell.com/sna/productdetail.aspx?c=uk&l=en&s=dhs&cs=ukdhs1&sku=570-10373 Might tempt me into a punt on my first mouse that isn't Microsoft-built.
I've been through a TON of these pocket compacts, and I think the Canon SD series have the best image quality, I currently own 2 of them. In fact, I think the newer Canon compacts don't quite have the same image quality as they did a few years back, but it just depends on how picky you are. I've upgraded and returned them…
For Blender 'match-by-name' high to low poly bakes, is basically a feature I'm wishing for albeit hoping the Foundation might think about eventually adding as a branch commit in terms of the latest build series 5.0 although plugins such as Ezy Baker or maybe Simple Bake as well, at present do make the experience somewhat…
Hello Polycounters, I finally got around to making this. Thought you might like to take a look, perhaps flame it a bit, the usual Polycount treatment. You can see the thumbnails for the set at my workshop here: http://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198104560648/myworkshopfiles/?appid=570 EDIT: And here's the collection:…
while my MSI GTX 570 is a nice card, i've had to flash its bios after frequent overheating at high load - apparently many of the "OC" cards in this batch can't handle the frequencies their set to during production. msi's support forums are full of complaints. ...so maybe go for the palit :)
There was some talk about lines appearing on models. For me the lines happen when AO is on and both high and low poly models are affected. Using gtx 570 here, will give more specs if needed. Edit: Seems that Local Reflections cause the exact same thing, also updated to latest Nvdia display drivers, no cure there.
It runs a lot better than the beta. I get a FPS between 40-60 with my GTX 570 at 1920x1200 with a mixture of high and ultra settings, with SSAO and low AA. I can turn them up even more for campaign, but multiplayer is a little more jittery so I kept a few settings down.
Anuxinamoon: you could try to give him a more "emo" look , with some darker colors and some purple :D Remade the presentation image for my set ,and added some screen with the individual items + standard set allso. workshop link : http://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198026621056/myworkshopfiles/?appid=570 tnx for the…
It really depends on your budget, I don't live AMD anymore because of the drivers and other issues I came across I got a GTX 680 and was glad I spent the money. The GTX 670 came out (hard to get cause of stock) but thats possible, or a 570 or like Sean posted a 560ti. Can't go wrong with those.
