lol, this. Maya is so retarded. In fact, both Maya and Max need a UI overhall, I actually wouldn't mind if they just skipped releasing a year or two, to work on a better UI for both those apps. But of course, Autodesk investers would never let that slide.
There is a setting for lights in UE4 called minimum roughness. Sliding it up will change the way surfaces reflect the light (as though they have a higher roughness just for that light source), removing the specular glare of the light at higher values. If you hadn't noticed it, I think it should help.

Selecting two edges, converting to loops, hitting connect, and then sliding the loop is really a pain. I thought it was pretty standard until I saw someone working in Maya and just being able to insert a loop with one click.. Polyboost has this feature, and it's absolutely awesome.

Just draw a 272 unit box with grid snap turned on, but if you really want to know why the keyboard entry is off... That's because it builds from the center of the box and there isn't an even number of blocks on either side and the center of your box falls in the middle of the center row. You need an even number of blocks…

Are there any docs on Marm 3 camera controls and keyframes? I am just trying to copy keyframes and its odd enough that when I slide keys around, even while holding shift it shifts eeeeverything around, even moves my camera below the ground plane etc. But how do you copy keys or a bunch of keys on the same frame?
