@jhoythottle Thanks for advices! I did some sharpening on wrinkles and I defined the ridge a bit and made it clearer that its a different kind of cloth. I fixed the eyes a bit and I did some work on the hat, I will add a big flower on her hat (where the feathers start).
Her hat is less floppy in the original design, which gave her character a bit more of an interesting silhouette. The way you've got your version doesn't look bad as such (though the folds are could use some asymmetry), but I think the crescent shape of the hat adds a lot to the design.
