im not really looking to actually play on the same server, but more for an official glorified polycount chat inside gw2 :D Im not really sure on this, because guildtags are not unique, but I believe that guildnames actually are so having the actual polycount guild with the proper name be the official one would be kinda… -

Welcome to Polycount! Well, forums will help you a lot, but it's up to you to push it harder in order to get a job in the industry. Search search search! Use the search function. Use Google, MSN, Yahoo, Bing or any other search engine. Look on the Polycount Wiki. You're asking very basic questions which can be answered in less than 5 minutes, by looking on the Polycount wiki or searching online. Top right of this page, third link from the left.
