Hey everyone, Happy New Year! That’s a wrap for me for this
challenge. Learned a lot through doing this challenge, and it’s been an
amazing journey. While there’s still a
lot missing in the scene and some meshes haven’t received a detail pass yet,
I’m not leaving it like this. I’ll continue working on this environment…
It has a been a while since I touch on this project but it's not dead... So now I will be showing part of what I have done for one of the blasters she use, I named it the Luger Blaster DL-19. All done in Moi3D
I am simply just adding a response, nothing more, i am not on a high horse or a low horse i like what i do and i present my own work, i do not see my work as any better than anyone else's just fyi. Dark black-grounds usually aren't that great &/or it takes some really technical eyes and know-how to get right, imho. Quick…

I am modeling blaster right now and I have some problems with baking normal map (artifact stuff). When I was trying to repair this with option that Marmoset offers I see that these "hairs" are not appearing on the problematic side of the blaster. I'm also newbie in 3D so it really can be something simple thing to solve.
Thanks for pointing that out. After examining my other materials, you are correct as the wall plaster lacks the amount of detail the other ones have. I need to give it a new pass (which shouldn't be hard since I already have the other elements/nodes made for adding cracks etc). I just realized the original concept…
Currently touching up a tree-house environment, done for a past old bi-monthly entry. Brought it over to Unreal. Working on increasing overall fidelity. Fleshed out the back side of the house/island some more. Updated the Artstation project with a short turnaround video: Tree House. I want to break out and polish those…
