I have no idea it was just like released TODAY literally, so I have no idea just yet the date of release is a typo on that site, but its gonna be for sale on a few more sites in the next few days from the email we got, I'll post as it comes :) It will be at stores as well but that will be a few more weeks -

Top notch work mate! Incredible, nice site too, easy, well designed, to the point. One little nitpick here, what's up with the gradient or burning at the name graphic? I'd just keep it plain lettering, it'll look much more powerfull and sleek, meshing with the sleek look of the rest of your site. -

@Sharky 3dmotive is a subscription model, according to their site plans range from $17-$22/month. I think my tutorial would really open your eyes to how VFX Artists approach work and the principles of a good effect. I'll try to remember and send you a PM when they get it live on their site. -

From the info provided, your in the right and they're in the wrong on this one. Do what you think necessary to get them taken down from his site. If he continues to refuse I see no problem in letting everyone know who he is so that potential employers that visit this site are aware of his plagiarism. -

at one point he'd said on his site that people are welcome to use his drawings to practice on as long as hes credited... he also said that he's not the owner of lots of the work on his site so he can't give permission for that. mind you that was a few years ago so the best thing to do is ask. -
