Re: MAXScript: giving dialogs focus / bringing to front
You could try get the HWND id(? think that's correct) and parent you're window to that. Used it to minimize another app I was running. If its a regular dialog i believe it inherits the control properties from Max so if you minimize max the window minimizes etc. Could try dotnet form as monster said. -

Having human-like hands and feet on such a monstrous looking character is a little disturbing. Maybe try playing with that, like the forest spirit from Princess Mononoke in elk form. Totally freaked me out the first time I saw that character. OR just give him more monster like hands and feet with claws and all that. -

I know you are probably talking about models. But I've decided to use Unity in my portfolio to show animations. This was put together in about 2 hours. The only technical part was hooking up the UI to change models/animations. You'll need to learn a little scripting to pull this off.… -

i rember back when i did my first bit work for them, hair and minor clothing for old school Ultima online, it felt so cool to see them in screenshots, i did textures for 2 monsters that both apearsed (verry small) on the back of the box for ultima online age of shadows. was cooo
