Is Maya 2016 going to be subscription based only? It says that Autodesk is going full subscription based in (year?) 2016. But wouldn't that mean the full subscription based is going to take effect for Maya 2017 (released in year 2016) and not Maya 2016 (released in year 2015)?
This is most likely due to the install path not being set correctly. Beyond that, I'm unable to assist, as this tool's support was discontinued in early 2017. The best free alternative to Colors, should you be unable to fix it via the install suggestion, would be a tool like xNormal. :)

If you have max 2017 available you can also try the data channel modififer. Slapped together a quicke example here: I am not sure if the Colors are correct for use in Unity, but the normalize give you some options to handle that i think.
Hello am using 3ds max 2017 version, am following a tutorial of shoes modeling , along it the lower part when extrusion done doesnt seem to have overlapping in the tutorial , but when i do it the mesh gets so messy with overlapped polygons, is there a way to avoid that ? Thank you

Hi guys, I'm using Maya 2017. Whenever I hit undo when using Viewport 2.0, my undo function works, but won't update in the viewport until I move the camera. It works fine on the other render modes. Does anyone else have this problem? Thanks in advance.
