well you should turn down the AA settings 16x is way to high for that res and that card, you are getting tearing because your frame rate is lower than the refresh rate of the monitor. so regardless of v-sync or not it will tear, v-sync is meant for when you want to cap the frame rate to the refresh rate of the monitor and… -
