I just noticed in Maya "what's new" pdf also new support to add any deformer based on edges or faces selections! That is some really cool stuff for modeling!! Maya in v2014 and now in v2015 really jumped ahead a lot! Hope to see this kind of progress(and more?) in the future!

That's weird then, you can try to use the matching by name of substance painter but idk. Maybe your highpoly is way different from your low poly or something like this, but I'm pretty sure that the chair's back piece is causing this. Try to move the chair's back piece away in other axis.
So how would I identify if the issue is the Delete Key one? I don't think I have deleted anything except some unnecessary verts right now. I know I have triangles up top but so does that guy from this tutorial so idk
Also, would using a 3d PDF of this be considered cheating? (A 3d turnaround of a CAT scanned skull that I can view in Adobe Reader) I don't know if I should avoid modeling off of a 3d skull or only from 2d images. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FrpVzSK23Q0
Really high quality work man, looks amazing! I'd just try to build a little more focus on the face, and do something about the leg that's coming forward because idk if it's because of the contrast, the lighting or the amount of detail but it attracts a lot of attention on the piece. Keep up with the good work!
Thanx for the comment. Honestly idk what subdivision is. I'm going to school for game art and design, so I guess this would be a game character but u can explain the other one lol and I do see what u mean about the eyes, they will come down more. Thanx!!
Fantastic work, the Alpha is looking fantastic, love the little Butt scratching Idle animation, brought a chuckle. How are you finding the Unity animation manager? I am thinking about starting to get into using it, right now any animations I make are blended by a coder using scripts.
Yep happens to me alot, when max has been idle for a while the vertex ticks just suddenly dissappear, resetting or reloading the file will not work, you have to close and reopen the application to get them back. //btw I'm using 3ds max 9 with service pack 2
