Okey here is the deal. Can Zbrush totally replace maya with modeling? I have seen people do retarded stuff in Zbrush, that from their opinion, would pain in the ass to do it in Maya or Max. What do you think

I'm not 100% clear on what you're trying to achieve, but you can separate things in 3ds max to make it easier to select specific parts. You can seperate models into seperate parts, and apply different materials(which separates them into different uv sets)

Just like the title says; is there any software out there that can do what Quixel Ndo could do? I know Mixer is a thing but I haven't been able to find any information on weather it has Ndo-like capabilities or not.
For sculpting, ZBrush is the way to go if you can afford it. Voxel sculpting is so much fun but it requires a good rig as mentioned by MagicSugar. When I used 3DCoat for the last time, it was impossible(the program would crash) to get the detail you can create in ZBrush with my machine(AMD FX6100, 550Ti, 8gb ram).
Well simpel question, how can i remove all my 3dsmax hotkeys? And i would rather not do it manually is there some quicker way. Or has anyone already removed all of their and saved as a hotkey layout and would like to share?
