Ok turns out this is a scaling issue, I have my objects scaled to real world scale in Blender, exporting as FBX, which scales it up 100x. Exporting as OBJ fixes the issue.
i have changed match from by mesh name to always-does not work I am using 3ds max 2022 I have tried to export high poly model in OBJ format-did not work as expected. I have attached screenshot and 3 files. Thanks for responding )

I have imported OBJ file from Zbrush to Maya, but it's missing polypaint. Is it possible to have that displayed in Maya? I'm aware of Goz, but need an alternative if there is one? thank you for your help

(Subtool Master's Multi Append would save you a good chunk of time if you want to import multiple OBJs at once and have them instantly appended into a single tool)
One thing is your mesh is having textures that don't seem present on your normal map. If you don't mind, could you send the obj's of just the lampshade over?
Well what i did was export the mesh as an obj from 4R5 and then imported it to 4R4 to compare. Does the scale change when you import it like that? to my understanding, it shouldnt...
