My entry for the Mini Dom War contest over at GA.org. He is based off of Brian Parnell's (modeling man) awesome DW2 entry, Leon. He is at 650 tris with a 256, and his accessories at 148 with a 128.
v1.8 Windows 7 64 When I try to use the reload feature in dDo, I select the map, but after reloading, and checking for example links, it is stuck on the previous version. And when re-rendered of course it is using the old map. Screen shot attached.

by my calculations you could get the EXACT same shape out of 172 tris, thats without going into all the other things suggested by others edit- thought that might not be that usefull so i whipped this up in a minute or two (148 tris damn my calculations are crap)
