The rotation locks prevent Users from changing the values, but not scripts/rigs. Are you using the built in dinosaur CAT rig? I can't repro the issue with that. I'm using 2013 though. If you altered it, maybe you can post your rig file?
you DEFINITELY need to write a little script to have it bigger on the inside, perhaps scale the tardis as you go in or something. Nah that'd look odd, perhaps something else. It's too late to think, but this environment definitely excites me enough to babble about this :)
I've played around with this in Unity already. Got a bunch of shaders/scripts related to this for Unity (converts cubemaps to equirectangular maps and can then use the equirectangular maps as a reflection map - or you can plug in your own equi maps); https://gist.github.com/Farfarer/5664694
Thanks a lot for the answers, from what i can tell the bigger market is for problem solving through scripts and apps, so i'm not sure how much providing game ready characters can be profitable....but it's definitely something i'll try sooner or later.
A developper can create a diffuse with many others diffuses map. With this method, you can create multiples diffuses maps like layers for photoshop. So in-game script can add them with parameters (manipulating colors, scale, rotation) the limit is only the imagination.
Script blocking killed your site, basically all the wix stuff got blocked. Loading times were maybe too long for my taste. the works decent though, texturing needs work overall, sculpts looked pretty good. Good luck!
Love it! Whats your process when animating on twos like that? Did you do it manually or is there some script sorcery? Really dig the feel of cg on twos, very organic and almost have a stop motion feel to it. I would like to experiment with it someday.
I have script blocker on my Firefox to prevent shit I don't want running from going unchecked. Your site has 3 that pops up. A portfolio site should have none. I didn't even get to your art.
Disappointed. The movie has a split personality and for every hard science aspect there's a simple blockbuster level one to negate it. Sometimes the characters also abandon all logic, and the script feels like it was approved too early on. I could go on later but only with spoilers.
2012 is MUCH faster for many objects in the scene vs. 2010-2011. I didn't think it was that big of a difference, but after testing a script I made creating/deleting many objects rapidly, it was a huge difference, like 2-3x faster if not more sometimes.
