I dont think I have modelled a gun since 3 years ago so I just wanted to try again..... Anyway, the pc is 5855 and I think its to high for lowpoly and to low for a highpoly.It was just for practice. C&C please.

Good advice above! If you are just starting out then the first bit of advice is to practice human anatomy first. You can use Daz3D (free) as a reference while you work.
I've got another question. The taillights in the model looks like they were added after subdividing the mesh, is that the case? like is it a normal practice to add details after subdivision when making models for real-time pupose?

Easy ways to get the practice you need are to participate in the monthly character art forum here on polycount. Its and easy excuse to learn how to match a concept and improve your art.
Looks nice already :) Will be the shirt visible? If the jacket will always be on top then you made some additional work you didn't have to do :D On the other side its great practice
It's alright, you'll figure it out with practice :) Just don't rely on your mind's eye/imagination/assumptions too much with this sort of stuff - nothing beats testing things out thoroughly.
