To the best of my knowledge, Steam Cloud is not supported, due to the size of the saves. I may be wrong, though. You could always use a third party cloud system like Dropbox to manage saves, though. :)
They called it "radiant story" which makes it sound like the way they called the ai "radiant ai" Meaning, it could possibly be a new variation on the daggerfall style quest system, which could potentially be very interesting.
I am definetely intrigued and hopefull for this. They've finally changed around the stats system got rid of the waste(I hated the Oblivion one). I like how you can pick abilities from the sky.

I'd like to see a windows like file management system, with sort by options, item name, icon, key description elements such as price and main stats, hover over or click to bring up more info, right click options, etc.
what system are you all getting this for? I pre-orderd it for xbox, but I just built a new comp last week which is badass, so i think ill switch to pc... and HOLY F! that dragon statue looks amaaaazing
From what I understand, it just overlays snow onto the textures according to a value determined by the weather system. Nothing too fancy. EDIT: Upon further reading, it seems they may be taking bump maps and wind direction into account for the texture, which would be fairly cool.
