To add to the advice above: Look at a set of assets and see what you can share between them. Your grocery store example has a lot of the same shelves and trim pieces that could be reused.
Andreas! G is definitely the most awesome of sauce! Perhaps it could do with the metalic trim of D as the trim for G seems to burn a tad strong. I also think E with a combination of F's dark blue trim would make for a great alternate texture. Sweet work man! ;]
Ah i see. So how do go about projecting this trim without overlapping? Should I project the HP trim on a plane and copy and paste the normal on photoshop? Well the red arrow points to the high poly trim on top of the low poly building. Thats the pic on the left.
