There's no grey area here really. No one but the creators of the concept have the rights to create it and upload it to the workshop. If you can't contact them, then it's unfortunate but there's nothing else to be done.
AWESOME! I think if there is a radiant/dire 360 background image it will be much better. P.S. We should tell valve to include VMT files in the workshop files.

I attended the Zbrush seminar at the tail end of the Concept art workshop, where the Pixolator himself, Bay Raitt, and Meats Meiers all called it Zee-Brush.

hi, I got the axe maya file off there workshop page, then added the defalt texture for the body it came with, but it seems to be transparent, anyone know how to fix this? Thanks
