I'm not certain how to do the whole Polycount thing, as I'm new to Polycount as well as 3D. I hope that posting links to videos of my progress will suffice?

Okay, at that polycount vertex animation should still be reasonable. At the polycounts fighting games use nowadays (anywhere from 10k upwards) it would kill the framerate and RAM.

What is your targeted polycount? Because the polycount is quite uneven now, The skull looks really cool, but the body is holding it back a little I think. Also did you use any concept for that?
