TF2 Compile OK, but MDL wont load
Heya Folks, I am running into an issue where I compile my weapon model through GUIStudioMDL and it runs, says it completes the model with no errors... yet when I try to load it in HLMV it locks up, and when I try to run it in the test map TF2 locks up... so somethings wrong. Typically in the game animation is not stored with the mesh(s), so you'll have: - A reference file that contains the mesh and the skeleton - Either one big animation file or several smaller ones that will plug into the reference in the game. I think high/low/mid poly etc are totally arbitrary terms and i dont see much of a reason to separate content based on that. Esp not as a mandatory thing. I just really dont like the entire forum looking like an excel spread sheet, i agree it could be cleaned up a bit, but i dont think it needs to be that buttoned down… -
