Anyone know why when I meld 2 verts it is causing the wall to be triangulated? (or how to get rid of that triangulated face and replace it with a quad) -

Material Merging Script

My problem is that we are working on a project involving a city model and the .wrl file they sent us has each face as an individual object bloating c4d and making it unusable.
