Quick question about feathers...
Hi Just a quick question: for a project, I'll be making a real-time dinosaur that would fit into Ark Survival Evolved. Specifically, a Velociraptor. Some designs (and new research) portray them as having feathers, like this: For the game-ready asset, would these be made using hair cards? I suspect the answer is 'yes'...… -

Great Job with the textures Erich I am really digging the sidewalk! The street looks weird tough. No sure what you are trying to portray with the broken looking diver. Your reference shows a clearly defined divider element. Overlaying the brick on top makes it look like linoleum. Keep up the Good Work! -

No, no, no.. I wasn't saying that I NEED a tablet for drawing/sketching was just saying that I need to get one.. It will help with sculpting in Zbrush and also stuff in Photoshop.. And yeah I guess it doesn't have to be amazing.. Just good enough to portray a vision. EDIT: Unless of course you want to become a 2D artist -

Im not worried. The 2 actors (Topher grace & Thomas Hayden Church) will need to beef up considerably though as the characters they are portraying were both huge muscle-men. I really wonder how they are going to handle the Venom origin, as they really dont have enough time for his & sandman in a 2 hr movie. -

Absolutely stunning imagery, very amazing high quality models and the storyline/plot to it is just breathtaking. My favorite part is the use of Sound, rather than giving the creatures an almost simplistic view, you guys gave them mechanical glitch sounds to portray the harsh movement caused by the spider on the Moth.… -

Here's one of my few concepts. It's kinda rough, but he's an undead skeleton. I haven't tried to get him into 3d, but I want to find a way to make him a little bit stylized and portray that in 3d. I mean I think it would be good to check out a professional's way of character dev, right?
