there are infinite ways to go about the actual process of making the render, its most important to remember your goals... you want to show the model clearly, you want to demonstrate the strengths of both its design and its execution. once you know what you are trying to show, you can then rationally decide how to show it -

could be very good, and you can livestream the hangout via youtube as well. so what you could do is have, say... two or three permanent hangout participants, who are the "pro's". anyone else can join, they get to ask their question, it gets answered by a pro, that person leaves, and someone else joines. ad infinitum. -
