My mind is blown. Someone plays 700 f'n hours in a video-game, 700 hours(!), and then complains that he wasted his time. What.the.shit? Someone explain this to me please. You'd save $200 by going with a 670 SLI setup. If you get overclocked 670s, they may actually outperform a single 690. I have a single 670 FTW edition (here), and it tears up everything I throw at it. Of course, I'm only running a single monitor. With two, I imagine you won't have any problems running all current games… -

Think of the perfect monitor world as a grid, 0,0 beind perfect, the x axis is for color and the y axis is for contrast. Most monitors are going to spread out evenly around 0,0. If you are working on a monitor thats contrast is too low, and its color is too cool, its going to look off at 0,0 and even more off to someone… -

You mean 0-1? :smile: As in 0 to 1. This is actually 0,0 but is referred to as 0 to 1 as it goes from 0,0 to 1 in both the U and the V. But the answer is no. Game engines, bakers, Substance Painter, etc ignore any UVs placed outside 0,0(meaning 0 to 1) But if you are using Max to render then the texture will tile… -

UV coordinates always range from 0.0 - 1.0 they are not described in sizes such as 512 x 256 but always 0.0 - 1.0 because they are described as floating values within that range (although you can place stuff outside, but usually when textured it gets looped).
