Good choice of a concept. For the chair I'd go with the all black look, rather than the brown wood, the model looks cool though. -

you might want to break up your moss borders. moss doesn't grow that evenly between cracks unless it's grown there intentionally. -

Also unbalance when it comes to color. His head and neck are pretty much a single hue of brown, and his body is the same but green. -
