No full grown man in the Isreal army had to courage to fight Goliath but young David has stepped up to the challenge with faith in God in his heart and a sling with stones in his…
I've added an incense bowl and the small bluish ghosts. Also, I'd like to know what you think how the model would look if i added emissive symbols wrapping the lantern (Few more than the one seen in the image).
You wanna uniquely wrap buildings? Looking at god of war, they had fantastic results with using pretty low res geo, putting tiling textures and then put a damage normal decal on the edges. Looks very good and keeps the res up.
Thanks for that Shader Forge video, I've been playing around with trying to get that fresnel effect with the specular for a while when trying to create a shader with a PBR format but could never wrap my head around it. This should help quite a bit!
It's strange because the cubemap form UE3 ( the one on your screen ) works fine on my side. Neox : Yeah agree but this not affecting the mip at all ( in my test ). UDK set it to wrap for some reason ;s by default. Maybe that could help.

Great to see critique from artist to artist here. Things are really shaping up on the tail end of this month and I am excited to see how everything wraps up! @AdvisableRobin - That color variety is what I am talkin about!
New update with small props + some other fixes and blocked in airships. texture refinements, rock decals, and finished airships are on the menu for today. After this I need to wrap up and probably move on to a realistic scene (probably sci-fi interior)
How did you manage to wrap your brush around your mesh without distorting it on x/y. Even if I turn off x and y and only sculpt on z it still distorts on x and y making it impossible to tile.
Wow, thanks for the comments :) The smiley on the back is a pressure/heat instrument. I hope it will be clearer when the texture is done. I wish i had more time on this skin, but I will do my best to wrap it up nicely. This will be a long night!
