Hey poly counting peoples! I've been working in games a while and haven't been active in these forums in like... 8 years? Haven't had time for indie stuff working big studios, but recently I've been doing freelance and have a flexible schedule so I AM BACK! YAY! Anyway here's a model I've been poking at for a while. I'd…
Hey Guys! First time posting. Here's something that I've been working on for a school project. First time using ZBrush but I think it's coming along nicely. Haven't added any of the hair yet but I figured now would be a good time to get some advice. If anyone sees anything off with the model let me know. I'd like to here…
Something I have been working on for a little bit. I want to bring it in to Substance Designer and Painter for PBR practice. I am not sure how to go about the leather wrapping around the handle. I tried extracting but maybe I was being to sloppy with it and need to try again? Tried just taking my time and going over it…
seems like your sculpt around the abdomen got harsher. i would change that to make those plane changes more subtle. also look at how certain parts of the sculpture have contrast when it comes to which are subtle furrows and obvious hollows. good luck
Impossible, everyone knows orcs don't die of old age! :P Seriously, not bad for a first sculpt, MUCH better than I did first time I picked up ZBrush...

Head isn't super important as it will be in a mask but time providing I'm going to model it out anyway. Handpainted textures for a couple environment pieces I've been slowly chipping…
A few low detail heads done for a study session over at CGSculpt.org The premise is they provide you with references and a base head, and you're only allowed to use 1 subdivision, yet capture a likeness. I've made 3 so far. Just so I'm not cluttering up WAYWO too much, links to some of the refs.…
Hello Guys! I am a new member of this forum and a rookie in the 3D field as well, this is my third week with ZBrush and i would like to show my work to you all and ask for any tips and ways to improve it. Please share your thoughts with me about this project. Thanks in advance to everybody!
@JordanN Well let's take your environment as an example. 95% hand-sculpted. A lot of assets that need to be individually sculpted, high/low created, baked, and I assume you're texturing them all uniquely? Destructive workflow. Locked into your bakes. Pain in the arse to resculpt/rebake. That's a lot of work and a LOT of…
