Eric: yeah, i noticed just after i posted that. It's a shame, since it seemed pretty nice Kdr: Yeah, but that doesn't work quite like this, which appears to be quite "drag-and-drop, and you're done"
Hey Sage and Eric. thanks for the replies....all fixed now,I just remade the shader from scratch and the mask worked fine. I can only assume it was an issue with studiomax. Cheers anyway. John
I can't hear a word he's saying in that video - if he contradicts any of the folllowing, please let me know I got the impression that epic are cutting off fat they put on over the covid/fortnite bubble rather than panicking cos they have no money. Most of the losses are from acquisitions aren't they? I could be wrong,…
Looking good future-fiction, i wonder if her hands could use some more detail work? here's a bizarro superman sculpt i rendered in 3dsmax. he's mostly based off of Eric Powell's rendition of bizarro superman.
Hey Everyone! It's been a while, but I just wrapped up a new interior and would love to see where I can improve. Thanks a lot in advance everyone! Based (with creative license) off of this concept (not credited to me) -Eric Kilkenny
Hey everyone! I'm making a concept piece to base my next 3D environment off of, and I would love to get some feedback. What is working so far, what isn't, anything that catches your eye. Thanks a ton in advance! -Eric Kilkenny
Thanks for the reply Eric. Quite strange, it's randomly working now though! May have been resolved by converting to emesh>epoly but I'm not certain. I'll repost here if anything crops up again with it.
thanks Eric maybe thats what it is, is there any way to fix this problem? I suppose I just need a better obj exporter. :/ tried using the riptide exporter for c4d objs and the errors are still there :(
Cheers, Eric, I'll look into that tonight. I was able to install the older versions but it was refusing to accept the license key it provided me (Which was sent from Autodesk). So I resorted to the latest version.
@Eric Chadwick - Thank you, this is very useful feedback! I now see clearly that would be much better =) EDIT: I updated the image with new topology, I tried to follow your feedback.
