Hey guys, Friend of mine said I should post this on here. This is my very first organic piece. Working on retopoing the head right now. I was going to use Qremesher, but liked the control I got with topogun better.
My practice with hand painting texture since everyone been doing them I gotten inspire by them. Been liking how I got it so far The texture seems quite flat. How can I push this to pop out, especially the roof. Excuse to greens too. There so many.
hope they don't notice this. it's not a photoshop job BTW Japanese don't often get L and R mixed up, however typing ?RE and ?LE on a computer gives you exactly the same Japanese character ?, so it's more a typing habit mistake.
Mostly because us fans of the japanese anime and manga would rather it be kept as close to the source as possible... I much rather watch a bunch of japanese people and subtitles then see something i love be massacred.
SHEPEIRO what emulator are you using? I have a very good Japanese one that I got off the cover of an emulation magazine. You need to enable Japanese support in Windows to get it running though.
yes I have three japanese katana. I also have a wooden bokutou (the sort that japanese police sometimes carry, basically a wooden katana) that in it's lifetime has broken some unfortunate guys collarbone.
The truth of the matter is actually that, for a long long time now, Japanese people just like the look of westerners. It's not a marketing thing, even a lot of things like Japanese fashion magazines use American or European models.

there appears to be two or three people trying to make this tech now.
