Trying to improve my 2D skills. I started working on some shield designs. Right now I have the tier 1 and 2 pretty much done. Hope to get started on tier 3 soon. After I get them done I am going to try and build them in Zbrush, because I need to get better at that also I think. If anyone has any suggestions or comments on…
So I've been going through the GameDev.tv Blender Character Creator course on Udemy and thought I'd post my progress here. Here's what the finished sculpt looks like: And the low poly version (probably more like mid poly because its nearly 14k tris)And here's some topology:

Decided to take the first of the 3 and orc-a-tize it. I know there isnt much but atleast it shows the driection I am headed. Oh and the body still isnt done, but I will get around to it at some point

Currently got a good base mesh and basic armour in place. Will be working on more skin tone designs and customisation textures based on some RGB masking shaders for in-game use.
