Nevermind, found it. File menu> Select> Select using constraints> all and next tick box> Mapped Area tab, unsigned tick box, set min max as you desire.
Day 19 @Elithenia I'm glad you made it, even isn't working properly. Fortunately at this stage you can go almost just with the move brush  "a forced constraint"
Yikes, awesome model, horrible rig job. Was it a time constraint or did you not know how to rig the joints properly? It's really a shame because the model itself and texture are very cool.
I'm not a rigger by any means, but I believe via an IK rig, assigning joints too an armature (which I think is missing here) allows for control of parented constraints enabling animation as expected. Basics on how this would work, an example in Maya.
In my IK/FK rig, I only blend the constraints of the shoulder and elbow joints. There is no reason for the wrist to get orientation from the arms, since the IK doesnt rotate the last joint in the chain anyway. Its usually controlled by the wrist controller (for animating)
Does anyone know if there's a script out there that will let me set a unfold constraint to only horizontal or vertical axis, similar to the options Maya has? It's incredibly time consuming to hand-straighten UVs of curved strips of geo to trim texture sheets without it.
Great Stuff Guys :) You did an amazing job ! we all know it wasn't easy with those crazy tech constraints! I'll have to put some screenshots of my work too :p Worked on "adapting" some Characters in the Cafe Theatre.
Hi I'm a game industry veteran turned indie game dev. Since going indie over two years ago, I have done all the code, design and art for my games by myself. I've shipped 3 distinct games on two platforms (XBox Indies and Windows Phone). I'm not a great artist and I'm hoping to start finding Softimage users who might be…
I'm trying to run a simulation in maya, for the necklace to land on the chest. the necklace is a series of pin constraints, and it also has gravity and the female mesh has a passive rigid body, every time i simulate, the necklace falls straight through the female mesh. How can i get this to sim correctly?
