Haha he is just importing models into maya or whatever software he does not even know what a Polygon is.. he said it is his hobby but wouldn't you want to learn everything about your hobby ? _ -

Oh thats something I've been thinking about aswell. I like using discord etc. to share and discuss 3d art and game development, but the information density in the "traditional" forum is just much higher. I'm not going to try to justify playing video games in a utilitarian sense - why should I have to? Everyone has a hobby, video games just happen to be mine, and hobbies aren't "harmful" or a "waste of time" as long as you're reasonable about it -
