> I'm not sure if this was already addressed, but how do I access the folder in which I can upload files that can be downloaded by registered Gamespy users? This folder used to be called CD or CDROM or something, but I don't know what it's been changed to.

Only the config and content folders are included in a asset package. The content folder contains all your assets; materials, textures, etc. and Yes, that does also include levels/scenes. You are allowed to have scenes in your package for demonstrative purposes, or even to serve as a backbone for an environment.
