You could use Blender to bake your texture maps and to paint textures. Would be also a good program to optimize your UVs in, if necessary. Alternatively, you could bake texture maps in XNormal. It might be good to include your system specs (what is "low minimum requirements"?).
The script that grab the active viewport and include an alpha channel was requested in cgtalk forum. So, this is my attempt. Note that the script is not very fast. Test it and if you like it - use it. :) Download from scriptspot

My idea is to do a greek theme throne with a columns beside it.. more like a temple with the throne in the centre these are the type of column i would like to include in my scene. Throne is of god.. so want it large and big
@Shrike The bake I included was done in MikkTSpace, so it should work in Marmoset. It works fine in the Unity just for reference (though I'm not sure which pipeline that is).
Volumetric Rays. Generally they can be enabled through volumetric fog shadowing, but most engines also include a similar effect when looking towards the sun only.
