A perpetual licence is a great choice if you have a consistent workload, even more than you can handle. However as work can fluctuate and you might not use MD every day, even week, getting a subscription is a great way to stay on top of your budget and use only when you have a project that requires MD.
Thanks for the reply, currently wrapping my head around MD so it was very useful. When you say a "flat" version do you mean the pre-simulated pattern of the shirt? Does MD auto UV all your shapes? Your layouts look sweet this is going to be an awesome piece. The topology you're managing to get is mindblowing.
For the proxy belts/straps it doesn't matter if they're a single import or not. It's easy in ZB to split/merge subtools by elements/polygroups.
