      From your Marmoset Toolbag interface it clearly show that your are still in Blinn-Phong and not GGX.

      looks good in iray! why convert it? toolbag can use roughness/metalness just fine.

      Figured out on my own that specular lighting is no longer a baking option in Toolbag 4. Was wondering if anyone knows if this will be added or not?
