$500+ for prebuilt ones and close to that for building your own. http://store.solidoodle.com/index.php?route=product/category&path=59 Modeling verification and set up a print isn't too bad from what I've heard, it's better than it use to be -
6DOF controller with 3D editor

highres should be no problem... if the geo is subdivided you should unsubdivide them in mud... but mudbox need clean geo... if there are some bad vertices in your mesh thats a problem... -

i tried the swaps: open gl is worse of than d3d, and dx8 shows no difference and i do have both service packs, and all hotfixes installed... thanks for the help man
