Believable isn't the right word. I don't know about you, but I don't go to the movies for realistic anything. I actively prefer my movies to be as unrealistic as possible. While I understand making concessions for suspension of disbelief, I like fantastic elements that have no place in the real world. I think what you…
@Kassyndra Lots of friends liked the charm too, but I really wanted to avoid the hearseeker theme haha. Now with the climax added, the stun fits the best imo, let me know what you think  @Nalmoth I've already tried a faster rotating timing but it bringed chaos on the averall animation trust me^^" That's why I set…
Phase 5 Creating more depth. I wanted to change the paneling on the skin, as to me it just felt wrong. To do this I removed the initial side panels and made them cover the top of the skin, I then moved them down the sides to follow on from what I had added. Phase 6 Adding more details which resembled the resources I had…
Is this a main character? Will the face be the focus for a cinematic in the future? Is it a unique face? Does the face animate? A yes to any one of these would bias toward having a separate face and body page. However it can still be one mesh. Is this a generic NPC? Most likely a distant enemy or have distant interactions…
First, let's address a few key issues here mr. fall out boy! :) 1) Fix your signature. Please. I will use my skymiles account to fly out to Cali and punch you in the junk if that's what it takes. 2) PLEASE FIX HIS CLAVICLE/STERNUM REGION! OMG MAN! How many times have we talked about this!?!?!?!?!?!?!?! I really liked the…
Fix your UV's man it won't take that long. You have multiple elements with the same color and normal repeating 4 times in your maps its just lazyness it looks like an auto-unwrap. All you would have to do is overlap the repeating UV's and then pack them back in and then cut the elements in your maps up and rearrange them…
My problem is lightmaps are bleeding a lot because final lightmap atlas usually ends up at 1px/m density. Increasing padding does nothing at that point since it's barely makes and difference and if I pump it enough to actually spread UV shells apart, it will make each isle even smaller, sometimes below one pixel. Can't…
So I did the corrections and thank god for Blender’s multires system. I didn’t even have to go to Zbrush to slightly inflate the pectoralis area and the shoulders. As I’m struggling for the hard surface elements (the sort of visor that she has in the film), I decided to give myself some slack and go with P5201 hair style.…
Hello ! In order to learn Maya, I decided to create this scifi Antenna station. This asset is largely influenced by Skylar Zhang Artwork : https://www.artstation.com/artwork/K5KXX However, I decided to change some shapes and connexions between elements. This is a great learning exercise, and I plan to make basic rigg to…
Hmm its a good start for environment but you need a little sharpening up.As for crits. -One thing ive seen in your seen is objects that alor are too low rez,the wheels of the cannon and the frontier wheels in the plains scene stick out due to their low rez.Dont be afraid to use those polygons to give the proper shape. When…
