That script you're looking for is called "perform_NP_duplicate". You can do it without the script just by using a motion path though (animate>motion paths>attach to motion path).
Just realized this... wtf happened to the contact sheet script? That was a very useful batch script for quickly compiling images onto a single doc :( am i just overlooking it?

UPD(2024): I am still surprised that this thing is still being downloaded. After years of working in industry I think that you should just accept that fusion has it's own hotkeys for moving camera and scripts like this doesn't really help much especially how weird it's working. :# But I will keep it as is if it's helping…
