I'm working on lighting for a mobile game. During testing, I found that I could not bake Arnold lighting in Max 2018 out of the box. I could bake Arnold directly in Maya 2017. Ultimately, we decided to go with VRay in Maya 2017.
You had written that your products (this and perspective tool) must work with CC+, but what about CC 2017? Some say they have had problems with installing plugins and expansions in CC 2017... Sorry, if the question seemed stupid, but I want to be sure that everything will work :)
From 2014 to 2017 the UI was undergoing a massive switch to QT. It's not surprising that 2015 and 16 are a mess, it seemed to have the worst of both worlds for a while. Now that they're mostly finished and 2017 is switched over to QT things should be a lot more stable, open and flexible.
As far as I know the Dell XPS 27 does not support stylus input. You might be thinking of the new Dell Canvas that runs on Wacom tech but is only a monitor, not an all-in-one. http://surfaceproartist.com/blog/2017/1/5/dell-canvas-unveiled-at-ces-2017
Ha of course, silly as I am I forgot that I have edited my script since the time I posted it (I'm working on the 0.7 version). This explain why the line number is not the same. Sorry for the confusion. I have fixed the problem in the 0.7 version, I will try to post an update soon.

I tested BipedKeyer on Max 2017 here, and it seems to work. But i guess i fixed it some time ago and don't remember. Or there are problems and i'm not aware of them ( not sure i did biped until now in Max 2017) Anyways - Juans tool looks more accessible as BipedKeyer might look overwhelming at first

Yeah the rimlight is quite borked in 0.6, why aren't you using 0.7? It works well there. From the changelog.txt in the 0.7 version: **Changes in v0.7 since v0.6** -Newer Rim Light feature introduced in v0.6 was inferior to how it worked back in v0.5 so I decided to revert back to v0.5 implementation. :)
Using - Maya 2017 sp2 with fbx exporter 2016/2017 What's happening -- - I've arranged my UVs in a specific order that correlates to what they need to be inside our Unity shader - When opening in Unity things aren't as expected - Import the game file (fbx) into Maya to see what's up - UVs have been reordered Any ideas?
