Use GGX instead of Blinn-Phong, and use a specular map. That should get you 95% of the way there, although Cryengine uses a slightly different tangent basis and roughness curve.
There is a option to set the properties of a "exe" to run in a emulated enviroment ie "Dos, win 95, 98 etc" there should be compatiblitly tab when you view the properties, that might work?
If you have a decent Mac then you can run a Windows (95/98) emulator and then NPherno's MD3 compiler. But I have no clue how much of a hassle it is to set that up.
