Probably -5, +5 would place you in Asia. 1900 charlie time would be... 1700 alpha time. -5 would mean what's 1200 to you is 1900 to me. 1700 would result in 0000 at night here. I think any european would prefer an earlier time. -

the rear of the 1911 is wrong as you can see here or here also the guide rod looks wrong in the front also grips on the 1911 are generally convex instead of flat Also i assume you know you are missing pieces such as the mag release, slide release, and safety. Also the slide is too thick around the ejection port. -
