love it care to show some of the rig? the anims you've shown here all have nice "flabby-ness" on the characters necks and faces, a ton of joints everywhere or are you animating vertexes? :) I'd love a video like the one you posted, but with the rig showing or just the rig! :) if not, at least a screengrab or two from the… -

okies just worked on another model and it seems to work fine on that one,so have gone back and double checked everything again and it all seems fine...I now seem to be able to animate it a very short distance,but not the dstance I need (the length of the leg)...it just won't move when i play the animation. john -
