Cats sleep 16! hours a day yet those bastards only sleep when they cant bully someone (8 hours while you sleep and 8 while you are at work) and during traveling they take extra care to be up the whole time. Good luck...
Hi, thanks for the reply. I triangulated the model and normal map is good now. But I forgot to mention one more problem. When I turn on the metallic, UV seams appear on the model. In any case, I do not need metal on this model, anyway it still worries me. Padding 32px Normal map - 4k 16 bit
Mayterials Day 16 - Frozen: For today's prompt I decided give the Heroes of the Storm style ice I had started a few weeks ago another attempt. This material is based on the ice from the Alterac Valley map by Michael Vicente. Reference:
Only BT for competition in this town, who provide identical non-service. Were using them for about a year before switching, because even if it's just as poor, it's at least cheaper. Just consider - 16% of the UK are on slower internet. What must that be like!
I found it has to do with the amount of geometry in my scene, after deleting a lot of it it started working properly, so it's some sort of a memory issue. However, I'm running 16 gigs so I really can't tell why it happens.
Similar to myself, I started playing around with RPG-Maker XP when I was 15-16 and spent so much time using it (and I mean like 15 hour + days at weekends) my mum restricted my PC use :(
With padding it is most likely still 4MB (memory access). You need to consider mipmaps to, therefore 2048^2 = 16 MB + 4MB + 1MB + 0.25MB ~= 21 MB Not everything is hold in real videomemory, parts are in the system memory which will be uploaded on demand.
You probably have an 8-bit normal map assigned. If you re-bake it at 16 bit does that solve your issue? Check the sticky thread here :https://polycount.com/discussion/148303/of-bit-depths-banding-and-normal-maps#latest
